Shipping & Returns

Most CR Atelier pieces are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, customization, stone availability, or other factors. If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

We currently ship within Mexico and the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Once your piece is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are not included in the order total.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Monterrey, Nuevo León. If available for your order, you may select this option at checkout. We will contact you once your piece is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our jewelry is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially sourced pieces are also final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
