By accessing the CR Atelier website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Most CR Atelier jewelry is made specifically for each order. Estimated production time is generally 4–6 weeks, although timing may vary depending on the design, materials, stone availability, and complexity of the piece.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Product Information

We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. However, photographs, renders, dimensions, gemstone colors, proportions, and colors displayed on different screens may vary slightly from the finished piece.

Because many pieces are handcrafted, minor variations may occur and are part of the nature of fine jewelry.

Diamonds & Gemstones

Carat weights and measurements may be approximate unless otherwise expressly stated.

Natural gemstones and diamonds may contain variations and inclusions inherent to natural materials.

For pieces offered with natural or lab-grown diamonds, the selected option will be specified in the product description or order confirmation.

Custom Orders

Custom jewelry is created according to specifications approved by the client.

Once the design, materials, dimensions, engraving, stone selection, or other specifications have been approved and production has begun, changes may result in additional charges and may not always be possible.

Custom orders are final sale.

Sizing

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct ring or jewelry size when placing an order.

If resizing is possible after production, additional fees and shipping costs may apply. Certain designs cannot be resized.

Payments

Orders must be paid according to the payment terms displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed upon with CR Atelier.

For custom orders or orders arranged directly with our team, a deposit may be required before production begins. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid before the finished piece is delivered or shipped.

Cancellations

Because materials may be purchased and production may begin specifically for your order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed or entered production.

Returns

Made-to-order, custom, personalized, engraved, and resized jewelry is considered final sale except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry should be handled with care. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, impact, exposure to chemicals, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All CR Atelier designs, photographs, renders, graphics, logos, text, and other original content are the property of CR Atelier and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially used without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CR Atelier will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

CR Atelier may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
